Who We Look For

  • Prior experience in professional motorsports, high-performance automotive, or related industries
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to team success
    Ability to travel for race weekends (role dependent)
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid licenses or certifications required for certain positions (CDL, FIA credentials, etc.)
