Currently, Conquest Racing is involved in the Ferrari Challenge North America Trofeo Pirelli series as one of the largest, most successful teams. Conquest Racing is actively hiring for the following positions:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our GTD Program!

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to work on all systems of our race cars, to fully prepare and maintain them, with the highest level of attention to detail, while meeting tight deadlines that frequently come with racing schedules.
  • Travel to race and test events and take part in pit-stops.
  • Fully service, maintain, and repair your assigned race car during race and test events.
  • Loading race car, tools, and spare parts on the transporters.
  • Providing assistance to other team members on other duties as appropriate.
  • Maintain a professional and clean appearance of race cars, equipment at the shop and the track. Keeping work area clean and always organized.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of mechanic experience in the Motorsports Industry, required.
  • Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems related to our racing environment and industry.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to lead our Ferrari Challenge Crew!

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the oversight, supervision and leadership of the team at our Indianapolis facility and all testing and racing event locations.
  • Lead and perform professional-level race car maintenance and preparation.
  • Achieve competition readiness involving all aspects of engine, drivetrain, chassis, suspension, electronics and fuel systems preparation.
  • Manage crew work assignments and scheduling, team building, and both individual and team performance.
  • Anticipate crew and facility needs for successful operation, including parts and inventory management, vendor coordination, purchasing of consumables, and acquisition of all equipment, parts and supplies.
  • Manage race car maintenance and mileage records.
  • Oversee the maintenance and preparation of all race team support equipment including, vehicles, pit equipment, tools, etc.
  • Ability to travel over-night for all events during the race season, an average of 5-10 days at a time for approximately 15-25 events throughout the year is required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the Motorsports or Automotive Industry, required.
  • Management experience with a professional race team, preferred.
  • Proficient with computers and computer systems/software to include Microsoft Office Suites, required
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
